>When I woke up this morning, I had a Blue Oyster Cult song stuck in my head. “I’m burnin’ I’m burnin’ I’m burnin’ for you” kept rolling around my mind while trying to get ready for work. Honestly, I can’t remember the last time I heard this song.
My dreams weren’t interesting enough for me to remember, so I’m not sure if the earworm was from them or not. I do know that I heard from a guy last night that I hadn’t heard from in about 2 months. Our last date went pretty well, so I’m not sure why he went dark. Yeah, I know thousands of reasons…blah blah blah.
Is my subconscious trying to tell me something? Maybe it’s the universe with a message, because after my so-so date with guy #7, I heard the song on the radio. Who knows. Maybe it just means to follow my gut. Maybe it’s just a silly song stuck in my head.
