The folks over at the Peevery did a post on this scary homeless guy. They talked about how the photo was used for a “Mom’s going back to school” ad on Facebook.
I’m not sure if this is a joke by a disgruntled marketing exec or a brilliant marketing ploy to drum up some SEO, but someone used the same frightening photo of a scruffy looking man for another ad. This was not on Facebook. I think I found it on Yahoo, but it could have been anywhere.
It’s no weirder than when they used to have those random dancing figurines advertising for mortgage renegotiation or whatever.
I’m wondering how many spammers are going to find my blog because of all the “keywords” I just used.
