>Just in case you have trouble falling asleep

>There is this new channel on DirecTV called Baby First. I’m sure you’ve heard of it. If not, please watch this at night. They show “soft lullaby music and soothing images designed to help baby prepare for sleep.”

Let me tell you, I’ve watched this for the past two nights and I was out within 20 minutes, maybe less. I’m sure the novelty will wear off soon, but until then…I’ve got a great way to get to sleep.

By the way, I had this idea last year. Yet again, someone is reading my blog and stealing my ideas. Thanks a lot!

    >I hadn’t heard of this, although I have Dish Network, not DirecTV. Do you pay $9.99 a month for it?

We use the history channel, or any channel with a slow-moving documentary and monotone narration, if we can’t get to sleep!

    >Nope. Don’t pay extra for it that I know of. Maybe I’m just getting for a trial run, then they shut it off once you are hooked.

The reason I really like it is because there is no talking at all, just soothing music and for the most part, soothing pictures. They showed ants running around an anthill at one point and I had to change the channel.
