>I am officially a student. In a moment of madness, I signed up for some real estate classes at the local community college. Luckily, two of the three are online so I don’t have to leave the sanctity of my home in order to obtain an education. If only I could earn a Master’s Degree via the web, I might be swimming in dough. Although, I’d probably get a degree in something completely useless like English, so it would just be a colossal waste of time and money.

Having a hermit-like nature does not bode well for income.
