>Most people probably know about the total waste of time known as Proposition 8. The Chronicle ran an interesting article about all of the propositions on this November’s ballot.

Proposition 7 is kind of confusing. PG&E and Con Edison are trying to fight it, which normally would mean that I would vote for it. But then I saw that the Sierra Club is also against it, which surprises me. So, I have no idea what to do. More research, I guess.

    >No, no, no. That’s pretty much how my absentee voting went. The VA got my vote, but that’s about it. Severe deficit. No time for pet projects. No time for attacking the gays or the pregnant teens either. Seriously? And why is the concept of a rainy day fund rejected here? Are you kidding me? Same kind of greedy, irresponsible idiots who got us in this mess in the first place.
