>What the hell happened to the summer? It’s snowing up in the Sierras. There is a wind chill of 25 degrees up there! It was rainy and cold in Sacramento yesterday. It stopped raining, but it’s still cold and overcast. It’s more like fall as opposed to almost being summer. I was expecting it to be blistering hot by now. Usually it’s about 90 degrees and sunny. I’m not a huge fan of the heat, but this cold is ridiculous. I guess it could be worse. It could be humid and warm.
