>The Sacramento Bee has a lovely photo gallery showcasing water wasters.
I’m of two minds on this subject. Part of me thinks it is a stupid waste of time engaging in busybody activities like telling on my neighbors who clearly don’t get that we are in a drought and won’t be changing the habits over the mere threat of a fine.
On the other hand, it pisses me off to see places like parks, golf courses, and other major water users blatantly ignoring the restrictions in place to make sure we have water to drink and otherwise use for basic life needs.
As late as it is in the summer, I’m surprised the photo gallery isn’t larger. Then again, maybe people didn’t want to be outside when it was blazing hot.
