>I keep seeing those ads by Steve Poizner and Meg Whitman where they call each other liberal like it’s a bad word.  Excuse me?  Do you see anyone on the other side of the aisle using “conservative” with negative connotations?

Basically, I’m tired of political commercials that do nothing but say how bad the opponent will be if you elect him/her.  I’m talking to you too, Carly Fiorina!  What do you plan to do differently than Barbara Boxer?  I’m not exactly a fan of hers, but I also don’t see you saying anything in your commercial about how you will help small businesses or exactly how current government policies hinder their growth.  Show, don’t tell!

I know they only have a few seconds to make their pitch to the undecided masses, but can they at least not insult everyone’s intelligence in the process? Being barraged by stupidity is not a great way to start the morning.

Oh hey, can everyone also stop saying that California is a mess?  Yes, we get it.  It’s a total cluster.  Now, try explaining how you have a plan for California become strong and bring us some jobs.  We’d all rather hear that than the negative crap we’ve been mired in for too long.
